How does it work?


BOOKING IS AN EASY – 2- STEP PROCESS:

STEP 2 - AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR PHOTO PACKAGE, YOU'LL BE REDIRECTED TO THE CALENDAR TO SCHEDULE YOUR DANCER'S APPOINTMENT.

Book Your Session(s)

Pick Your Package

During your 10 minute session we will take photographs of your dancer featuring several different poses.

With years of experience in both dance and dance photography we are always happy to direct and pose your dancer, but we also love when your dancer comes ready with favorite jumps, tricks, and poses.

After your session you will receive an email with a link to an online gallery where you will have the opportunity to choose your favorite pose.


Once you purchase your Photo Packages use the calendar to select your session times.

Please note that you will need 1 appointment for every photo package you have purchased or for every pose within a package (For example: you will book 4 session times for a Platinum package)

Please ensure you leave at least 10 – 15 minute gaps in between your appointment times so you have time for your costume changes!

Choose the package below that best fits your needs.

You will need one photo session for each costume that you wish to take photos in.

Example: If you wish to take photos in 2 costumes, you can purchase either: 2 Bronze Packages, 2 Silver Packages, or 2 Gold Packages. If you have 6 costumes you wish to take photos in, you can purchase 6 Bronze Packages, 6 Silver Packages, or a Diamond Package!

Meet your Photographer

What is the gift that dance has given to your family?  What feelings fill your heart when you watch your dancer in class or on stage?

As a former dancer and current dance mom myself, I know too well the truth in Crystal Pite's statement, "Dance disappears almost at the moment of it's manifestation."  All we have is the camera  to capture and freeze the beautiful movement in time to be revisited over and over again.  I still cherish the photos I have of myself dancing as well as those I have my children in dance.

No matter your dancer's age or level in dance, I want each student that steps in front of my camera to know that I see their infinite value and worth.  It is my prayer that both during their session and in the finished portraits, they see that value and worth reflected back to them.

How Do I Order a group Portrait?

We want to make sure there are enough time slots for every dancer who wants one.  To do this, we ask that you commit to purchasing one package per desired time slot.  If you know you want 4 or more time slots, the Platinum, Sapphire, and Diamond packages are great options.  Each includes several time slots.

Just because you pre-purchased a package, you do not need to stay with that choice! You can always change your mind. Your pre-payment acts like a gift certificate, and you can use that towards anything in our store. In our store we carry numerous high-quality wall art options in addition to the print packages.

After your portrait session, you will receive an email with a link to your unedited portrait proofs as well as your gift card code from your pre-purchased package.  From your gallery you will be able to pick your favorite portraits and finalize your order.  Your portrait order will be edited, printed and shipped directly to your home.  If you select a package that includes a digital portrait, you will receive those via email.

After your all group portraits are completed you will receive an email with a link to the group portrait gallery.  You can order your group portraits directly from the group gallery, and they will be shipped directly to your home.
